A sound roof is critical to our mission here at Substance as it will maintain a space that is
hospitable and welcoming to our Ashland community. This is the direction that Substance
members have affirmed as the best stewardship and wisest avenue for us moving forward.

Carilse SynTec 60mil. TPO Membrane Roof System
This will be a complete tear off of our existing roof
membrane and a total replacement. It includes an extra 1.5”
layer of insulation and a new gutter and downspout system
on our South wall. It also includes a labor and
materials warranty of 20 years.
